Terms and Conditions – Robinson & Brown

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Right of Withdrawal: the period within which the consumer can withdraw from the contract;

Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a trade or profession and who enters into a distance contract with a trader;

Day: calendar day;

Fixed-term Agreement: a distance contract relating to the successive delivery of products and/or services, taking place over a specified period;

Durable Medium: any tool that enables a consumer or trader to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future reference and unchanged reproduction;

Trader: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers through distance communication;

Distance Contract: a contract concluded as part of an organised system for distance selling, where, up to and including the conclusion of the contract, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication;

Distance Communication: a technical means which enables the conclusion of a contract without simultaneous physical presence of the consumer and the trader.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Robinson & Brown and to every distance contract concluded between Robinson & Brown and the consumer. The text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer before the conclusion of the contract. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed that the terms and conditions are available from Robinson & Brown and will be provided free of charge upon request.

Article 4 – Offers

Offers are non-binding. Robinson & Brown reserves the right to amend the offer.
The descriptions of the products and/or services are accurate and complete. Obvious errors or inaccuracies are not binding.
All images and specifications are for illustration purposes only. Colours may differ from reality.

Article 5 – Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the associated conditions.
If the contract is concluded electronically, Robinson & Brown will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance.
Robinson & Brown uses appropriate technical measures to ensure the secure transmission of electronic data.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them, receives the product.
The consumer must clearly notify Robinson & Brown of the withdrawal (for example, by email).
The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.

Article 7 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are only possible if clearly stated in the offer and if the consumer was informed prior to concluding the contract.

Article 8 – Prices

The prices stated in the offer are final and include statutory VAT. All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.
Prices may be subject to change until the contract is concluded.

Article 9 – Delivery

Robinson & Brown processes orders with the utmost care.
The standard delivery time is 6 to 12 days from the time of dispatch. In the event of a delay, the customer can track the status of their order via the "Order Tracking" section on our website. The location of the shipment can be checked at any time using the tracking code.

Article 10 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
The consumer must promptly report any inaccuracies in the invoice.

Article 11 – Complaints

Robinson & Brown has a complaints procedure and will respond to complaints within 14 days.
If the consumer is not satisfied with the solution, they may contact the competent consumer protection authority.

Article 12 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and all separate agreements arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Article 13 – Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Robinson & Brown reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The consumer will be informed at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
