Returns Policy – Robinson & Brown
Return Deadline
Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
The returned product must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging.
Return Costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method (track & trace).
Return Label
The customer is responsible for obtaining and affixing the return label.
Faulty Product
Please contact our customer service team at info@robinson-brown.com, including your order details and photographs as proof.
Faults must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
Incorrect Product
If you received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team at info@robinson-brown.com, including your order details and photographs as proof.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
Return Address
For returns, please contact our customer service at info@robinson-brown.com to obtain the correct return address.
Returns must only be sent to the address we provide. Parcels sent to other addresses will not be processed or refunded.
We strongly advise customers to always retain proof of return, including the tracking number and a photograph of the returned product and its packaging. This information may be required later in order to correctly process your return.
Exceptions
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

The product shows clear signs of use.

The product is not in its original condition.

The product is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Returns are sent more than 30 days after delivery.
Non-returnable products: Gift cards, custom-made or personalised products, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, and opened personal care products).
